Hello friends!
I’m reaching out to you all today, acknowledging the growing concern over COVID-19 (“Coronavirus”) and how this pandemic has been affecting our daily lives. During this time of uncertainty, the health and safety of my clients, myself and our families is priority. I want to do my part to help prevent further spread of the virus, especially to those who are most vulnerable.
I want to share with you important information and the procedures and policies that I am following this season. I will be sure to update you as this evolves.
- I will continue to practice the following recommended public health measures, as guided by The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC):
- Hand hygiene
- Respiratory etiquette
- Cleaning and Sanitizing
- Self-monitoring
- Social distancing
- Additionally, I am currently completing self-isolation for a period of at least 14 days, after returning from California on March 10, 2020. I do not have any bookings and I will not accept any bookings within this timeframe.
- For bookings after this period, I please ask that if you or anyone you know has been experiencing any symptoms (cough, fever, shortness of breath, etc.), or if you have recently travelled, to notify me ASAP and I will be happy to help reschedule your session. In these cases, your retainer will be applied to the new session date and no cancellation fees will be charged.
- For my clients with booked weddings and events, I am here for you! I know that this may be a difficult time for you as you plan your special days, and I want to reassure you that I am here to help in any possible capacity. If you have any questions or concerns and want to chat about your options, please feel free to phone me at any time and we will figure things out together!
- As you may know, publicly funded schools and childcare have been closed, and so my two boys will now be home with me for at least three weeks. I am doing what I can to balance my business tasks whilst creating a routine for my family through this time, so I please ask for your patience. It is still my goal to edit and deliver photos by their due dates, and in the event I may need more time to deliver, I will reach out to you directly.
Again, I will be sure to keep you updated as things evolve. This is the first time we are experiencing a pandemic of this nature, and I appreciate your patience and consideration through this time.
